Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to drive business growth and success in our showroom. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and exceeding sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales activities to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products.
- Regularly tour the sales floor to engage with colleagues and customers, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Maximize profitability by meeting sales targets and leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Design and implement effective promotional materials and displays.
- Analyze sales trends to forecast future sales and inform strategic planning.
- Retain existing customers and attract new ones through targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and stay ahead of competitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee stock control and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
- Manage statistical and financial records to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Participate in special projects as required by the General Manager BD.
- Address staffing issues through interviewing, appraisals, performance reviews, training, and development.
- Maintain high standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety.
- Organize engaging promotions, displays, and events to attract and retain customers.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree in management sciences or related field is preferred, but a master's degree holder from HEC recognized universities is highly valued.
- Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience in handling retail outlet/showroom operations.
- Pleasant and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, IT, and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to effectively handle client demands and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
