Customer Service Ambassador

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services using established scripts. You will also be answering questions about products and the company, as well as asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
You will direct prospects to the field sales team when needed and enter and update customer information in the database. Additionally, you will take and process orders in an accurate manner and handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
To succeed in this position, you must be able to go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. You will also keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Specifications- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role is required.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone is necessary.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is essential.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects is crucial.
- Excellent knowledge of English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
