About the Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in software development, architecture, and technology stacks. Your expertise should include hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases. Additionally, you'll have excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable software solutions that meet business objectives and technology strategy.
  • Lead development efforts for key projects, guiding external teams and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and drive innovation in processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to developers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on architecture and code, preferably in E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs, CRMs, cloud platforms, agile project management tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
