Job Description

An Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering long-term strategic relationships with key clients. This involves retaining existing client accounts, generating new sales, and managing client portfolios through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will focus on developing rapport with clients, handling new leads, and processing new accounts while ensuring seamless liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver services that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services.
  • New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee client portfolios, including email, chat, and call interactions to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services that meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Fresh university graduates from all disciplines (BBA, BS, BE, MBA, MS etc) with a 4-year degree from a reputable institution (on-job training provided).
  • Previous experience in sales, call centers, or account management is highly valued.
