Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate would have good English fluency and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills* Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain a positive attitude under pressure* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems* Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis* Dependable and able to meet performance targets
