Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Business Solutions Specialist in our IT/Software team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team.

With your strong technical background and experience in Agile/Scrum environments, you will help translate business needs into scalable, innovative solutions. Your excellent problem-solving abilities and solid understanding of APIs, databases, and basic system architecture will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements from product managers, developers, QA, and clients
  • Translate complex business processes into user stories, workflows, and wireframes
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and scope alignment
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Prepare BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), SRS (Software Requirements Specifications), and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Develop data visualizations using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (preferred)

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a software/IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical documentation
  • Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or Lucidchart
