Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to lead the procurement function and drive business growth through strategic sourcing and cost savings initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and innovative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, colleagues, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
