Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is responsible for selling products or services to potential and existing customers.

Main duties include making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product information.

  • Process orders and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Meet sales targets and performance metrics.
Job Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Sales skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills are essential.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Customer service skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service by listening to needs and responding promptly.

Computer skills: Comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and sales.

Product knowledge: Good understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing.
