Key Responsibilities
  • Process laboratory tests as prescribed by medical doctors.
  • Explain laboratory procedures and test requirements to patients.
  • Verify laboratory test reports before releasing them to patients.
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain records according to laboratory policy.
  • Check test requirements and provide necessary instructions to patients.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding laboratory tests and schedule appointments for special tests.
  • Dual-function as a Phlebotomist at collection points when required.
