Job Title: IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.

About the Job

The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. They will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and software applications.

In addition, the IT Specialist will develop and implement coding solutions for automation, system integration, and software development projects. They will plan, execute, and document system upgrades, migrations, and patches. The role also involves performing system monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.
  • Knowledge of system administration tasks and experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
