About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and skilled in digital marketing and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business, including website management, SEO, social media, hiring, client coordination, and basic bookkeeping.

As a Remote Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective operational strategies to enhance our business efficiency. This includes creating and managing staff rosters and schedules, maintaining accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, and coordinating with candidates and managing the hiring process.

You will also be responsible for communicating with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, and conduct remote interviews via Zoom based on set criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Website Management
    Oversee and update our company website content.
    Evaluate and optimize the website for improved search engine rankings and performance.
  2. SEO and Digital Marketing
    Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
    Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  3. Social Media Management
    Manage and grow our company's social media presence.
    Develop and post regular content to engage with followers and increase brand awareness.
  4. Hiring and Recruitment
    Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners.
    Conduct remote interviews via Zoom based on set criteria.
    Coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  5. Client Coordination
    Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries.
    Follow up on sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
    Create and manage staff rosters and schedules to maximize productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. A proven track record in operational management and administration.
  2. A strong background in digital and social media marketing, with expertise in creating engaging content.
  3. Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews using tools like Zoom.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation, with attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, social media platforms, and other relevant software.
  7. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
