Admin Officer Job Description

SpareASmile, a Charity welfare organization, requires an experienced Admin Officer to provide administrative support to its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the website and social media pages, requiring a positive attitude and good typing speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the website and social media pages.
  • Resolve conflicts and bottlenecks.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in administration. A dedicated and result-oriented person is required, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good typing speed and experience in public administration management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • The capacity to liaise well with others and delegate tasks.
Working Hours and Salary:

Flexible timings from 9 am to 5 pm. A good salary package will be offered based on knowledge and experience.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication.
