**Job Description**

We are looking for an exceptional Office Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Managing the CEO's meeting schedule and coordinating quarterly board meetings.
  2. Ensuring compliance with SECP regulations, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
  3. Handling the CEO's office cash management and managing special projects as assigned.
  4. Providing administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our business management systems.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of ATS as well.
