**Job Description**
We are looking for an exceptional Office Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Managing the CEO's meeting schedule and coordinating quarterly board meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with SECP regulations, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
- Handling the CEO's office cash management and managing special projects as assigned.
- Providing administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our business management systems.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of ATS as well.
