Technical Systems Manager

This position requires an individual with hands-on expertise in managing and maintaining complex IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement a robust Microsoft 365 deployment strategy.
  2. Migrate existing infrastructure to Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  3. Configure and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  4. Manage Active Directory environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
  5. Oversee Active Directory replication, domain controllers, and security configurations.
  6. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
  7. Manage backup systems and ensure data recovery procedures are up to date and tested regularly.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure management, particularly with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Cisco routers, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hardware management.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 migration, setup, and troubleshooting.
