Embedded Systems Engineers play a crucial role in designing and developing real-time embedded solutions for mission-critical defense applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop embedded software and firmware using C, C++, Python, and optionally Rust or Assembly.
  • Work with Embedded Linux (Yocto, Buildroot, Kernel Development, Device Tree Configuration) and RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks).
  • Develop firmware for microcontrollers, embedded GPUs, DSPs, and FPGAs, ensuring real-time performance and optimization.
  • Implement low-level drivers, middleware, bootloaders, and secure boot mechanisms.

This role involves working with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Ethernet, PCIe, and USB, and optimizing real-time processing, power efficiency, and memory management for embedded systems.

Candidates should have strong expertise in Embedded Linux development (drivers, kernel modules, file systems, debugging) and experience with RTOS-based and bare-metal programming.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field to Embedded Systems.
  • Fresh or 1 year of experience in embedded system design, development, and integration.
  • Proficiency in C and C++; deep experience with Python, Linux, Rust, or Assembly.

A background in hardware schematics, PCB designing and concepts, and debugging embedded hardware is also essential. Experience in AI/ML acceleration for embedded platforms (TensorRT, CUDA, OpenCV) is a plus.
