
Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to excel in managing customer interactions, converting leads, and delivering exceptional service experience in a remote position. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our customers' journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management
- Handle and respond to leads through WhatsApp, focusing on converting leads into customers by utilizing effective communication skills and product knowledge.
- Cross-sell products such as on-site repair services, screen protectors, and phone covers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Service Delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and patience to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Schedule repair services and pick-up/drop-off appointments in coordination with our technicians to provide seamless support.
- Vendor and Quotation Management
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing details as needed.
- Create and share accurate quotations and invoices with clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Sales Pipeline Updates
- Regularly update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress and lead conversions, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
- Marketing Initiatives
- Develop and implement WhatsApp marketing campaigns every 15 days based on the Sales Pipeline Sheet to engage with customers and promote products.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Independence and Initiative
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
