Project Coordinator Role

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the management of project plans, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and understanding of requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in initiating and managing project plans to ensure clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure that all requirements are understood and met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, configure systems, and provide operational support.
  • Provide strategic support to the Project Manager in decision-making and project execution.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed status reports for management and clients.
  • Support the team in managing and updating content for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
  • Ensure international e-commerce stores and websites are managed effectively, with smooth operations and updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, collecting feedback, and implementing learnings.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
