We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in the industrial automation industry.

Job Description:
  • Sales Prospecting and Client Engagement:

  1. Identify and engage potential customers in industrial automation and digital transformation sectors.

    Conduct prospecting activities, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and close deals effectively.

  2. Collaborate with clients to understand pain points in OT/IT integration and digital transformation.

    Utilize engineering expertise to propose tailored, insightful solutions.

  3. Partner with pre-sales, technical, and engineering teams to create customized technical proposals.

  4. Deliver impactful, client-focused presentations and solution demonstrations.

  5. Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM systems.

    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while monitoring key performance metrics.

  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.

  7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical queries and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields).
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum of 1 year in sales or engineering in instrumentation, automation, or related industries (preferred).
  • Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  2. Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Familiarity with industrial automation, instrumentation, or OT/IT systems is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  1. Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of industrial automation technologies.
