
Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth strategy and drive revenue generation across all regions.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have expertise in business automation solutions, strong sales acumen, and excellent customer engagement skills. Their primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring yearly target achievement and enhancing product offerings through partnerships with key vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve yearly targets.
- Engage with principals/vendors to enhance product offerings and manage partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in business automation solutions.
- Develop and support sales, pricing, BOQs, and commercial proposals in response to RFQs.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Customer & Principal Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all business automation-related customer engagements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Work closely with key customers in education, commercial buildings, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Lead pre-sales and sales efforts, ensuring seamless solution delivery.
- Technical & Pre-Sales Support:
- Support pre-sales activities including product presentations, demos, and proof of concept (PoC).
- Collaborate with technical teams to bundle software and hardware solutions for higher deal value.
- Work with the IT and solutions team to ensure seamless integration of business automation solutions.
- Operational & Project Management:
- Collaborate with project team to oversee project implementation and ensure timely execution.
- Align business operations with supply chain, finance, and technical teams for seamless workflow.
- Develop reports on sales performance, financials, and market trends.
- Strong sales and business development acumen in business automation (ACS, HRMS, Visitor Management, etc.).
- Expertise in RFQ responses, BOQ creation, and proposal management.
- Excellent customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BA sales, pre-sales, or solution selling.
- Prior experience in enterprise software, automation solutions, or IT sales is preferred.
