Ocean Ambassador Job Description

As an Ocean Ambassador, you will wear many hats – all of them exciting. Your primary responsibilities will include being a Creative & Marketing Guru, where you will film/edit Reels, TikTok's, and YouTube videos of trips and training sessions, capture jaw-dropping photos for social media, blogs, and ads, design posters, newsletters, and campaigns, and maintain and update the club's website/blog.

In addition, you will be an Adventure & Operations Pro, planning and managing logistics for trips, co-leading activities, teaching guests basic freediving/snorkeling skills, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during all adventures. You will also be a Guest Experience Champion, facilitating unforgettable experiences for our guests, greeting them, leading icebreakers, sharing marine ecology facts, collecting guest testimonials and feedback, and documenting conservation efforts.

As a Wellness Through Adventure expert, you will co-lead 'Ocean Therapy' sessions to help guests recharge and find gratitude, organize beach yoga, sunset gratitude circles, or mindfulness workshops, share stories of how the ocean heals, and document conservation efforts.
