The role of a Utilities Engineer involves overseeing the assigned utility area, including its operation, maintenance, and day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure site utilities and facilities are available to support business continuity.
  2. Supervise efforts to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, calibrate, test, and replace equipment and components for systems such as utility supplies, HVAC, chillers, air compressors, water purification systems, boilers, air handling units, facilities and clean rooms, and exhaust equipment.
  3. Lead and coordinate teams during the development of projects related to utilities and facilities.

This position demands cross-functional coordination and alignment with operational engineering staff working in production areas to achieve targeted results in utilities operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills are necessary.
  • Effective negotiation and time management skills are essential.
