> Test Governance and Management
\
> The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience of SAP Test Management within a global programme. They will contribute to all phases of testing, ensuring that test preparation, including test data set definition, is completed before each testing phase begins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Test Strategy and Deployment Test Approach are fit for purpose.
  • Support local test leads in understanding and following the test strategy and approach.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to testing best practices.
  • Engage with local business teams to understand and meet testing requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors during deployment to test legacy systems based on a risk-based approach.
  • Define scope for SIT & UAT with local Super Users, SAP CC, and BPOs, including data and resource needs.
  • Complete all testing deliverables, such as SIT & UAT execution plans and RTM.
  • Coordinate with the PMO for review and approval of test deliverables.
  • Review and approve test governance documentation like Test Plans, Test Reports, and RTM.
  • Maintain daily status reports, defect logs, and run rates.
  • Manage RAG status reporting to communicate test health, risks, and issues.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years in IT with expertise in SAP testing, including SIT, UAT, and automation testing (TOSCA).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive testing phases.
  • Understanding of Waterfall project management methodologies as they relate to testing.
  • Practical experience with testing tools like ALM.
  • Knowledge of SAP business processes and systems.
  • Experience managing tests in SAP or similar ERP deployment projects.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Capability to multitask and work independently in a global environment.
  • Program and project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMP.
