We are seeking a skilled artist to collaborate with 3D visualizers in setting the mood, cameras and themes for architectural renderings of both exterior and interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong understanding of architectural principles, and ability to translate concepts into visually stunning renderings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop mood boards, concept sketches, and color palettes to establish the visual direction of each project.
  • Create detailed digital references or AI generated illustrations to communicate the desired mood, lighting, and atmosphere for both exterior and interior spaces.
  • Collaborate with 3D visualizers to set up cameras and compose scenes within 3D software to accurately represent the design vision.
  • Ensure architectural renderings align with the project's goals and timelines through feedback and guidance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Visual Development Artist or similar role, preferably in the architectural visualization industry.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and perspective drawing.
  • Familiarity with 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. A portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization projects and concept artwork is required.
