Academic Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Program Coordinator to assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of educational programs and courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement educational programs and courses that align with program goals and objectives.
  • Student Support: Provide academic advising, support, and guidance to students, addressing their needs and concerns, and promoting student success.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades, ensuring timely and efficient data collection and reporting.
  • Liaison Services: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff, fostering effective communication and coordination to enhance the educational experience.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing and managing academic events, workshops, and seminars related to the program, ensuring smooth logistics and successful outcomes.
  • Course Delivery: Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and practical demonstrations in your area of expertise, engaging students and promoting active learning.
  • Course Materials Development: Contribute to the development and updating of course materials, lesson plans, and educational resources, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to enhance the educational experience and support program goals, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare and submit reports on program performance, student progress, and other relevant metrics as required, providing valuable insights for program improvement and evaluation.
