  • A Monitoring Solution Specialist is required to join our team.

We're actively hiring for a role that involves deploying, configuring, and managing monitoring solutions across various applications, infrastructure, and networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, and SolarWinds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive monitoring strategies for all layers of IT systems, including application, hardware, operating systems, databases, and networks. They will also ensure key metrics are captured, including system uptime, performance, transaction latency, resource utilization, error rates, and other business-critical indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and configure monitoring solutions for applications, infrastructure, and networks monitoring.
  2. Set up monitoring agents, data collection, and alerting systems for critical IT assets, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  3. Integrate monitoring systems with existing IT operations tools to automate alerts and incident responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills
