About the Role: Accounts and Tax Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Tax Professional to support our finance department in various tasks, including:

  • Preparing and maintaining financial records and ledgers
  • Assisting in financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Processing invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes

The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Accountants or Assistant Managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices and payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial data.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and generating financial reports.
  • Support audit preparation by gathering required documentation.
  • Perform data entry and data cleansing tasks.
  • Stay current on laws and regulations, ensure compliance, and manage bookkeeping tasks in Xero.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; minimum 2 years of relevant experience; advanced MS Excel skills; strong attention to detail and analytical skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
