Job Role Summary

As an Admin and Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's financial activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all vouchers and post them to our financial software system.
  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage outside office financial matters, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements, verify deposits, and handle any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Prepare Income and Sales Tax documents for e-filing and settlement, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in preparing accounts/documents for final audit, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day official administrative matters, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Handle employees' file management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
