Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality technical interview questions for assessing engineering talent globally. This individual will develop content across various subject domains, utilizing modern technology including generative AI.

This role involves collaborating with teams to ensure optimal interview format configurations, reviewing and refining guidelines for fairness and consistency, and working with the Interview Delivery team to improve engineer onboarding for interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical interview content using modern technology like generative AI.
  • Partner with Sales and Client teams as a subject-matter expert to present content capabilities to prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Deployment team to optimize interview formats.
  • Review and refine interview guidelines for fairness and consistency.
  • Work with the Interview Delivery team to improve engineer onboarding.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-academic software engineering experience, with proven ability to program in a common language.
  • Experience participating in sales calls, discussing prospects and clients.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting technical interviews.
  • Project management experience.
  • Background in high-growth startup environments.
  • Professional experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic AI tools for software development.
