About the Role

Aeyron Technologies, a sister company of MedAide, is seeking a skilled
Technical Writer
with up to 2 years of experience, particularly in preparing and drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured content tailored to technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, write, and edit RFPs, proposals, and related technical documents.
  • Collaborate with business development, technical, and management teams to gather inputs for proposal creation.
  • Ensure proposals align with client requirements, compliance standards, and company objectives.
  • Research industry standards, client needs, and competitor practices to enhance proposal quality.
  • Write user-friendly content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer with proven expertise in RFP/proposal writing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, client-focused language.
  • Familiarity with IT/software development/digital services terminology.
  • Excellent research and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience in drafting technical documentation such as user manuals, guides, and process documents.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Familiarity with proposal management software.
