We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to lead our organization's technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and systems administration, with a proven track record of delivering reliable and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of systems engineers and IT technicians, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Design and maintain local and wide area network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data security.
  • Implement and monitor network security measures at all levels, protecting against cyber threats and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and maintain Voice over IP network, providing high-speed internet and email systems with robust security features.
  • Ensure 24/7 support for IT infrastructure services, including desktop applications, IT security, and telecommunications.
  • Maintain and procure IT hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years experience in IT field, with strong technical knowledge and experience in Network & Systems.
  • CCNA / CCNP / MCP / MCSE certifications preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English and Urdu.
