Job Title: Regional Director

The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing the company's business operations in the Iran region. This includes developing and implementing strategies for local sales units, providing day-to-day leadership and guidance, and managing performance of team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a large team and act as a liaison with key customers.
  2. Stay up to date on industry knowledge and provide expert input to business strategy, plans and processes.
  3. Lead, motivate, train and coach team to achieve business objectives.
Objectives:
  1. Oversee overall management of business functions of the region.
  2. Develops and monitors action-oriented plans and objectives to realize strategy/strategic goals.
  3. Responsible for meeting defined targets for own territory.
  4. Manage price levels and sales performance.
Regional Strategy:
  1. Finance and Control: Manage budgeting and control activities for the allotted region. Responsible for settling claims, overall STP planning, etc.
  2. Care: Manage infrastructure and footprint for Care centres in the region. Responsible for developing competence by managing performance and developing skills of team members. Managing delivery on KPI of care employees.
  3. Logistics: Manage outlook processes, MTP, delivery on KPI on mixed and forecast accuracy, demand planning, etc.
  4. Retail and Sales Operations: Act as facilitator and support for planning distribution roadmap, Nokia academy, trainings of promoters, reviewing with external consultants.
  5. Marketing: Support joint marketing funds, planning for BTL activities like outdoor, indoor, visibility across regions, etc. Planning for marketing activities with regional key accounts.

The Regional Director will also manage Human Resources processes for regional employees which includes talent management, implementation of company values, reviews, etc.
