We are seeking an expert to join our team as a Transport Performance Analytics Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations, performance, and optimization of telecom transport backbones.

The specialist will monitor, analyze, and improve network performance using advanced tools and technical know-how. They will troubleshoot faults, coordinate with vendors, ensure timely root-cause analysis, maintain accurate network documentation, and validate technical solutions for upgrades and expansions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze end-to-end transport network performance across multiple domains, ensuring optimal service quality and network KPIs.
  • Perform in-depth trend analysis, cross-domain correlation, and proactively identify potential risks, degradations, or bottlenecks.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and analytical reports using tools like Tableau.
  • Conduct data reconciliation, enrichment, and validation to support accurate reporting and decision-making for capacity planning, optimization, and forecasting.
  • Investigate repetitive outages and chronic faults through root cause analysis (RCA); generate recommendations and track action items with relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Strong expertise in IP-MPLS and Enterprise networks, with hands-on experience on Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei platforms.
  • Excellent command of routing and transport protocols, including BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, RSVP, LDP, OSPF, IS-IS, RIP, and static routing.
  • Solid understanding and practical exposure to IXP network infrastructure.
  • Proven network security knowledge and hands-on experience with firewalls and security policies.
