Automation Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of RPA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms.
  • Create detailed documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Technical Specification Documents.
  • Develop reusable components and modularized solutions to maximize efficiency and maintainability.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes.
  • Work closely with QA teams to validate automation solutions.
  • Manage the deployment of RPA bots into production environments.
  • Maintenance & Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing RPA bots, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
  • Monitor bot performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end RPA solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with at least one leading RPA platform.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: C#, Python, Java, or VB.NET.
  • Experience with SQL databases and understanding of data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
