Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and contribute to the growth of our IT departments.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and identifying highly qualified candidates through niche platforms, such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
  2. Parsing specialized skills and qualifications from IT resumes to ensure accurate screening.
  3. Conducting pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities and potential fit.
  4. Crafting and conducting structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions to assess candidates.
  5. Collaborating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  6. Developing personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to engage passive candidates.
  7. Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding new hires.
  8. Fostering a positive company reputation as an employer of choice.
  9. Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  10. Staying up-to-date with emerging technological trends and products.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
  2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone, Skype, and structured interviews.
  3. Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
  4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. A deep understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  8. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field.
