We are seeking a seasoned Communications Director to oversee the Communications function in the Great Middle East (GME) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of communications activities, encompassing internal communications, reputation management, public relations, and marketing communications.
  • Annual planning, integrating input from business strategy, marketing, sustainability, and corporate affairs, aligned with global strategies.
  • Implementation of the communications plan, ensuring quality and KPI achievement.
  • Protection and enhancement of the company's reputation through proactive PR and crisis management.
  • Timely communication counsel to senior management.
  • Contribution to the global communications leadership team.
  • Efficient and effective management of the local communications team, managing resources and ensuring team engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field; MBA preferred, with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and coaching leaders.
  • Open to change, results-oriented, organized, flexible, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including AI and Power BI, with basic marketing automation knowledge.
