Job Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Cloud Finance Manager, specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. We seek a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in finance systems implementation and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize finance systems, leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials to drive business efficiency and performance.
  • Design and configure finance systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to drive financial performance and efficiency, promoting adoption and meeting business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, ensuring timely testing and deployment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance end-user knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements or custom solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in finance systems implementation/support, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership, with a focus on finance systems and project coordination.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, and Cash Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, with a focus on finance, accounting, or business administration.
