Key Accountabilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, working closely with the project manager to ensure project requirements are met.
- Effectively manage client expectations by establishing clear communication channels and addressing potential issues promptly.
- Bridge the gap between clients and the project team, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery of quality solutions.
- Deliver outstanding UAT experiences and provide expert guidance on new mobile app features to valued clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales and solution-based consulting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building lasting professional relationships.
- Outstanding leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with the SDLC is an asset.
- A degree in Computer Science, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
