Job Opportunity:

About the Role

This position involves working closely with senior management to oversee trainings, student affairs, and learning partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including training providers, trainees, and learning partners.

The successful Education Officer will also engage with students to identify areas for capacity building and provide support to resolve any issues they may face. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in fostering student engagement and promoting a positive learning environment.

You will work collaboratively with external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance institutional relationships and promote student success. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in coordinating with training organizations, student affairs, and learning partners.
  • Contribute to enhancing institutional relationships with training providers, trainees, and learning partners through qualitative input.
  • Engage with students to identify areas for capacity building, resolve issues, and foster student engagement through departmental initiatives and events, in collaboration with external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 16 years of education and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
  • Candidates with knowledge of CA Education & Training Systems are preferred.
  • Applicants with a 14-year qualification and either completed or partially completed CA training are also eligible to apply.

Skillset
  • The ability to draft basic reports and emails is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
