Job Description:

You will play a key role in shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader. Your primary responsibility is to drive value for customers by developing profitable products that provide customer value.

This involves acting as the voice of the customer, developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences, and utilizing this knowledge to guide the successful launch of products. You will also be responsible for gathering crucial feedback from customers and ensuring top-tier client experiences.

  • Develop Product Strategy: Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage Discovery Efforts: Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Own Product Backlog: Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Track Key Success Metrics: Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
