Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented mid-level Node.js developer to join our team. As a key member of our back-end development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

You will collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to create robust and scalable applications.

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web development and Node.js.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and its nuances.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Basic understanding of server, network, and hosting environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
