As a Mid-Level Upwork Bidder, you will assist in identifying and bidding on software-related projects, crafting proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on software-related projects on Upwork.
  • Create and customize high-quality proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Track proposal statuses and maintain records of successful bids.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure projects meet client requirements.
  • Work alongside senior team members to refine bidding strategies and improve success rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Proven ability to craft winning proposals and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of software projects is a plus.

Shift Timings:

  • Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
