The Supply Chain Management role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services within an organization. This position is accountable for supporting various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Support: Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking order status, and communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support efforts to optimize warehouse space and stock rotation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and track the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain effective communication with vendors, assist in evaluating vendor performance, and support the resolution of any supply-related issues.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on supply chain data, including inventory levels, delivery performance, and cost metrics, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet business objectives.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role.
