As a key player in the organization's supply chain, the Supply Chain Associate is responsible for facilitating the seamless flow of goods, services, and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Support: Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, track order status, and communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support efforts to optimize warehouse space and stock rotation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and track the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain effective communication with vendors, assist in evaluating vendor performance, and support the resolution of any supply-related issues.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on supply chain data, including inventory levels, delivery performance, and cost metrics, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
