Job Title: Safety and Asset Protection Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing all administrative and security operations at our site. The successful candidate will ensure smooth site functioning, maintain discipline, and implement robust safety and asset protection measures in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Implement, and Oversee Comprehensive Site Security Plans and Protocols: Develop and implement effective security protocols to safeguard the site.
  • Supervise Security Personnel and Ensure 24/7 Protocol of Plant Assets, Personnel, and Operations: Supervise and monitor security personnel to ensure site security.
  • Liaise with Local Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies for Threat Assessments and Security Coordination: Liaise with local authorities to stay informed about potential threats.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Recommend Measures for Improving Physical Security Infrastructure (CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Fencing, etc.):
  • Oversee Overall Administration at the Site Including Township, Transport, Mess, Housekeeping, and Infrastructure Management: Manage all aspects of site administration, including facilities, transportation, and services.
  • Maintain Discipline and Compliance with Company Policies among Staff and Contractors: Ensure all staff and contractors adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle Government and Community Relations: Build relationships with government officials and community leaders to promote site interests.
  • Manage Budgets for Security and Administrative Operations Efficiently: Optimize resources to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure Adherence to Company Policies, HSE Regulations, and Legal/Security Compliance at the Site: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Retired Officer from Pakistan Army (Lieutenant Colonel / Colonel Rank):
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Relevant Industry Experience Post-Retirement in a Similar Role, Preferably in the Power, Energy, or Industrial Sector:
  • Knowledge of Local Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Community Engagement is Essential:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:
