Key Account Manager Role

This dynamic role requires drive and passion. As an Account Manager, you will lead sales efforts to exceed customer expectations by collaborating seamlessly with R&D, Marketing, and other teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Efforts: Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations by collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Innovate and Implement Distribution Models: Develop and execute market routes, including distribution models.
  • Nurture Professional Relationships: Establish and nurture professional relationships with key customer personnel, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet and surpass sales targets and strategic objectives for your accounts.
  • Develop Strategic Account Plans: Lead strategic account planning, setting ambitious performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Anticipate Customer Needs: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs, ensuring we deliver unparalleled value.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop Sales Plans: Develop and execute robust sales plans with Global and Strategic Accounts.
  • Foster Loyalty and Trust: Deepen relationships with key customers and distributors, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Diversify and Expand Business: Expand existing business and proactively seize market opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with R&D, and Marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain High Customer Satisfaction: Achieve profitability and strategic customer objectives, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management or Technical Sales, with a stellar sales track record in the industry.
  • Industry Network: Strong connections within the industry, leveraging your network to drive success.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently while effectively utilizing regional and global team support.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, BioChemistry, or a related field preferred.
