Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar relevant field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of related experience in professional industry.
  3. Experience working with tools like Jenkins, Azure, App Center Cloud Formation, Terraform, Ansible, Subversion, Docker, or similar.
  4. Knowledge of both Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL data platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  5. Experience with Windows Servers on VMWare, IIS, MSSQL, MongoDB.
  6. Advanced scripting experience (Python, Ruby, Bash, Powershell).
  7. Strong experience with Linux distributions (Rhel 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Amazon Linux).
  8. Experience working embedded with development teams, helping them automate/optimize.
  9. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  10. Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
