Job Description:

The Front Desk Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors, guests, and clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality documents using MS Office tools.
  • Supporting the Head of Department in achieving organizational objectives and targets.
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Exhibiting exceptional telephone etiquette and a business-friendly demeanor when interacting with visitors, guests, and clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in front desk office settings.
  • Expertise in utilizing MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and a business-friendly demeanor.
  • Confidence when communicating with visitors, guests, and clients.
  • Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively at all levels in both English and Urdu (written and oral).
