Job Description:
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Ensuring the office space is clean, organized, and clutter-free
- Monitoring attendance and punctuality of admin department staff
- Coordinating payroll and ensuring timely salary payments
- Procuring goods and services as needed
- Celebrating excellent customer service when dealing with external personnel
- Ensuring all office infrastructure is in good working condition at all times
- Watering and maintaining plants within and outside the office
