Job Role: Customer Service Manager

 

About This Job

This is a dynamic role that requires an exceptional professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery and effective staff supervision.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Operations Oversight: Lead the team in delivering top-notch customer service, streamlining processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints promptly, delegate tasks to relevant team members, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Sustained Resolution: Ensure that once a complaint has been resolved, the same issue does not arise again.
  • Business Relationships: Foster strong relationships with dealers and franchise partners to enhance business value.
  • Employee Awareness: Educate employees on health and safety guidelines and ensure adherence.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage warranty claims, operational costs, revenue generation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Supervise daily cash collections, reconcile finances, and oversee timely bank deposits, reporting financial activities to the Branch Manager daily.
  • Policies Implementation: Implement and enforce policies and procedures issued by upper management to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Team Performance Support: Guide team members to meet performance targets (KPIs) and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
