Customer Relationship Specialist - Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Talking to customers for orders
  2. Taking orders from customers
  3. Negotiate with customers
  4. Updating status to the customers
  5. Taking follow up with the team for execution of the order

Qualifications:

  1. Good communication skills in Spoken English
  2. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  3. Self-motivation
  4. A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities
  5. Experience in Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  6. Experience in Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
  7. Experience in Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  8. Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Additional Skills:

  1. The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organisation
  2. Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
  3. Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
  4. Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
  5. Giving presentations to clients about products or services
  6. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
  7. Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
  8. Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client
